Fifteen Hanlin students were selected for IEO national and national training teams this season, and their teams finished first and second in the world. Alongside that came a CNEC global championship and a run of business competition results.

Global final
- Representing China: first and second globally as teams, plus an individual gold
- Representing Hong Kong China: ninth globally as a team, an individual gold, and second globally on individual total score
- Representing the United States: an individual bronze
- Singapore global round: one student in the top 7 and one in the top 20 individually, with a team silver
National round
- Two students advanced to the international round and two reached national team interview
- Two team golds and two team bronzes, two best business presentation team silvers, and one business achievement honour
- Highest individual score in the professional group was 410; two students scored above 400 and nine above 360
- Team honours: 3 gold, 1 silver, 4 bronze. Individual honours: 5 gold, 8 silver, 4 bronze

Twenty-three students advanced to the national round.
The seasons before
The 2026 results sit on a run that goes back several years.
- 2025 — fifth globally on individual ranking with a gold for best in economics, and a silver. At the national round one student was selected for the Hong Kong China team and fourteen advanced; the junior round sent 26 students through at a 93% advancement rate. The highest professional-group score was 430, with eight students above 400 and seventeen above 370.
- 2024 — four teams advanced from the junior round; two students took individual written silver and team bronze nationally; one took an individual silver globally.
- 2023 — at the national team candidate camp, one team placed second nationally on total score with an overall silver, a Business Case silver and an economics assessment team silver.
- 2022 — five students selected for the IEO China national team. All five members of IEO Team China were Hanlin students, taking 1 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze, and placing fifth in the world on team total, the best Chinese result in three years.
